The Campaign
Hello! Welcome to our crowdfunding campaign. Our goal is to build a six-seat bar, expand our dining room seating, and redesign the kitchen around our wood-burning oven.
As we look ahead, we can’t help but reflect on the early days of No Saint.
No Saint started as a pop-up in September 2019 at Vivienne Kitchen & Pantry before quickly moving to a residency at Dame. We never set out to open a restaurant—we set out to throw a dinner party at someone else’s. The idea was simple: bring our community together around a table, cook seasonal dishes from what we’d picked up at the market, and pour wine from producers we admire.
We’ve kept that spirit alive. From the beginning, No Saint was a fragile restaurant, built with the intention to be spirited and romantic. Inspiration was born out of limitation—sourcing stacks of vintage serviceware and old chairs that moan with memories. And at the center, our handbuilt wood-burning oven warmly welcomes you. No Saint is always in progress, and you all are apart of its quiet growth.
From day one, Anthony has shared the story of each season through his cooking. Over the past two years, we’ve built a neighborhood restaurant serving dishes like wood-fired carrots and leeks with whipped ricotta, delicate spring greens with preserved Meyer lemons, and ingredient-driven staples like our Plain pizza, made with hand-pulled fresh mozzarella and finished with fragrant wild sicilian oregano. Cocktails lean classic, with a twist. Our wine list highlights small-scale producers from Italy and Oregon. And the service is always warm. This to us, is the essence of No Saint—intimate, sincere, and convivial.
Now, we’re ready to transform the room to meet our needs. The bar will become a place for casual moments, expanding our dining room will allow us to host even more candlelit dinners. The open kitchen will invite you into the dance of service.
Putting this campaign out into the world is an act of vulnerability. It’s a recognition that we can’t make these changes without support. We want nothing more than to keep the fire lit for years to come. Thank you for making memories at the restaurant, and for patiently waiting for your favorite dishes to return season after season. Every dollar raised goes directly back to you—120% in credits to use at the restaurant.
Thanks for your support,
Gabriella & Anthony
